Project Details

This is a simulation of the flow inside a 2D section of a turbomachine. The flow is resolved with the finite differences method. The software can render the 2D section and the resulting streamlines.

The script splits the section in many nodes. The flow is then determined by resolving bu iterating until the error is small enough and the constrains conditions are met. The value of the nodes are interpolated with a cubic spline and the choosen streamline is then rendered.
